CATNZ works in collaboration with community organisations and local council to organise meaningful workshops for the community.
In the area of training and education CATNZ facilitated the running of two successful workshops for Wellington ethnic communities. The first a two day Project Management Workshop was well attended by members of the wider ethnic and Muslim communities. This was followed by a Networking Skills Workshop in Johnsonville.
CATNZ delivered workshops on the Importance of Networking and on Intercultural Communications. These workshops aim to share some information and strategies around networking and its importance, and are particularly useful for migrants and refugees. Workshops around intercultural Communications provide strategies to improve and expand intercultural engagement.
